Little Rock Central High (LRCH) holds a significant place in my heart as my beloved alma mater. This renowned institution gained worldwide recognition for its pivotal role in the Civil Rights Movement, specifically the integration efforts of the Little Rock Central 9. As a student at LRCH, I had the honor of being part of the editing team for the book 'Beyond Central, Toward Acceptance,' which documented our school's inspiring journey toward acceptance and equality. LRCH's rich history and legacy of social progress continue to shape my perspective on race, equality, and the power of education.

In my role as an application administrator, I have conducted extensive application testing, created comprehensive technical documentation for Oracle and in-house web apps, served as an escalation point of contact for a large user base, resolved critical Accounting production issues, managed urgent off-hour processes for the Finance Department, and utilized technologies like JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and PL/SQL scripts for various projects involving data integration and bug fixes.

During my tenure as an integration engineer, I have designed and developed secure interfaces, enabling real-time data flow between applications, data warehouses, and third-party systems for clients. I have implemented automation by installing necessary software, designed and managed AWS-based infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and security, created robust database schemas and SQL scripts, and effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver efficient solutions that meet business needs.

During my time at Cerner as a Technical Solution Analyst, I successfully provided remote assistance to doctors, nurses, and other staff members, quickly resolving issues through troubleshooting investigations.
